A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away....
Over three hundred years have passed since the Battle of Endor and the galaxy is divided in another great war. Since then the Jedi and the Sith had suffered countless battles taking them to a breaking point and leaving destruction in its wake, but from their ashes rose the Reformed Empire and the New Republic. With these two super groups on the rise, the galaxy slowly began to divide, one side fighting for law and order and the other, democracy and peace.
During the great war between the Jedi and the sith the core worlds and republic were consumed by fear of the Jedi and Sith war and ‘willingly’ gave themselves to the security of the Fell Empire for protection, in exchange for banishing the Jedi and returning the Republic. As years went by the Fel hid from the rest of the galaxy and the war, until a rogue General, Raiden Cain, instigated a coup to take control.
The Fel were fractured and at their weakest, easily blindsided when a resistance group pushed them out of the core world. This group conspiring to bring back a democratic republic from this military occupation, helping to form the New Republic, a mix match of different armies, fleets and politicians united against a single threat. With this new age came the welcome return of the Jedi who had not been welcome to the republic since the Fell occupation and their war with the Sith.
After the fall of the Sith empire and its war with the Jedi, the number of Sith in the galaxy diminished into a fraction of their number, forcing them to unite themselves with the former Fell imperium that had been pushed out of the outer rim and create the newly formed Reformed Empire. Lead under the rule of Grand Marshal Cain, and his war council of Sith and Grand Moffs they hope to bring law to the lawless and enforce structure to the unstructured.
Between all this in independent systems Mandalorian and criminal groups control whatever territories unclaimed by the war, thriving in the lawless underbelly of the galaxy as the war machine of the Empire and the Republic battle in an endless struggle for dominance. As one side fights for Democracy and the other for Stability, you need to ask yourself...
... who's side are you on?
